Terms and Conditions – Seasonal Rental

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the rental of the property “Écurie Les Tourelles”.

2. Réservation

The reservation becomes effective upon :

• Signature of the contract

• Payment of a 30% deposit

3. Payment

• Deposit : 30% upon booking

• Balance : due 8 days before arrival

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required.
It will be refunded after inspection of the property.

5. Cancellation

• More than 30 days before arrival : full refund

• Between 15 and 30 days : deposit retained

• Less than 15 days : total amount due

6. Arrival / Departure

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM

• Check-out: before 11:00 AM

7. Use of the Property

The guest agrees to :

• Respect the property

• Not exceed the maximum occupancy

• Respect the neighborhood

8. Liability

The tenant is responsible for any damages caused.

9. Force Majeure

No liability shall be accepted in case of external events (weather, breakdowns, etc.).

10. Disputes

Any dispute shall be governed by French law.
