R\u00e9servation<\/h2><p>The reservation becomes effective upon :<\/p><ul><li><p>Signature of the contract<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payment of a 30% deposit<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>3. Payment<\/h2><ul><li><p>Deposit : 30% upon booking<\/p><\/li><li><p>Balance : due 8 days before arrival<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>4. Security Deposit<\/h2><p>A security deposit may be required.<br \/>It will be refunded after inspection of the property.<\/p><hr \/><h2>5. Cancellation<\/h2><ul><li><p>More than 30 days before arrival : full refund<\/p><\/li><li><p>Between 15 and 30 days : deposit retained<\/p><\/li><li><p>Less than 15 days : total amount due<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>6. Arrival \/ Departure<\/h2><ul><li><p>Check-in: from 4:00 PM<\/p><\/li><li><p>Check-out: before 11:00 AM<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>7.
