Payment<\/h2><ul><li><p>Deposit : 30% upon booking<\/p><\/li><li><p>Balance : due 8 days before arrival<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>4. Security Deposit<\/h2><p>A security deposit may be required.<br \/>It will be refunded after inspection of the property.<\/p><hr \/><h2>5.
